Scheduled Maintenance Plans

With a service agreement, you're putting your system's efficiency and cost-saving operation in the hands of our seasoned experts, without the hassle of planning, upkeep, and surprise equipment failures.

Your custom maintenance agreement includes a predetermined number of standard services at which your service pro addresses the below items;

• Replace air filters
• Clear condensate drain trap and piping and add drain pan treatment as needed
• Sensory check refrigerant level and overall unit operation
• Check and adjust belt - provide new belt annually (if applicable)

            And, 1 Annual service including;

• Replace air filters
• Gauge check refrigerant
• Check operation of electronic heaters
• Lubricate motors and bearings
• Vacuum condensate drain pans
• Clean condenser coils, once annually, in place (excludes disassembly)
• Inspect evaporator coil
